2. Eligibility for Returns

At UPKey.store, due to the nature of digital products, discretionary or arbitrary returns are not accepted. Return requests will only be considered in the following specific circumstances:

  • Product Performance Issues: When the purchased license performs significantly below expectations under normal usage conditions within the support period specified by the manufacturer
  • Early Function Loss: When the product loses its core functionality before the promised usage period expires, and this is verified by the manufacturer
  • Activation Problems: When the product key cannot be activated due to technical reasons and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: When you receive a different product or activation key than what you ordered
  • Product Description Mismatch: When the purchased product has features that significantly differ from its description on our website

Important: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and must include detailed information and evidence about the issue encountered. Our support team will evaluate each request individually.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

When a refund is approved for qualifying products:

Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Information: When a refund is approved, the relevant product license will be canceled and your access to the product will be removed. Continuing to use refunded products is against the law and our terms of use.

5. Exceptions and Limitations

Return and refund requests will absolutely not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Activated software licenses (activation of a license means the product has been used)
  • Products that have been used, modified, or transferred after purchase
  • Return requests made due to personal preference such as no longer needing, not liking, or change of mind
  • Compatibility issues with products where system requirements were clearly stated
  • Products purchased during special promotional periods and marked as non-returnable
  • Unauthorized use, misuse, or violation of the license agreement
  • Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware

Warning: We reserve the right to suspend your account and reject your future purchases in cases of repeated return requests, suspicious transaction patterns, or attempts to abuse our return policy.
